Outlook express prevent from open/save attachment file

Hi, I have a problem with my outlook express software. I have norton client corporate edition 8.0 and norton client firewal install together and running properly, but my outlook express e-mail could not open or save the attachment file (all type of attachment files). I use outlook express 6. Try the menu Tools | Options, go to the Security Tab, and uncheck the "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potenially be a virus". Hope it helps.
