How about Halo? Anyone heard anything about publish dates for it lately? I hardly even use my XBox these days :(

I've heard that MS will deliver WinXP SP2 this midyear. But when?:doh:

I belive they've been having some technical difficulties... not with the service pack as such, but adding the bodges into the code to ensure the new security settings don't break all the existing poorly written software. So you recommend it eh? I played a couple versions of Splinter Cell, they were OK I guess. Certainly no Halo. Maybe I'll give it a go since I have to wait to November for Halo2!

It's not the longest game (first time through will take you about 10 hours, dropping to 6 or 7 on replay), and the fighting can get a little tedious, but as a platformer, it's glorious. If you want, I can post a video of the gameplay on my site.
