Has anyone experienced the following: before SP2, there was an entry in the 'File' menu in MSN Messenger 'To my Hotmail inbox'. Now it just says 'To my Inbox' and it opens Outlook. Is there a way to configure this?

M$ says that only happens when you have Outlook in Exchange configuration but I don't and I have (had) the exact same problem. To solve it, I uninstalled Messenger, installed "old" Messenger (4.7 I think) and then MSN add-in. Have fun
