For any Farscape fans out there (who more than likely loath Sci-Fi for pulling it and - worse - for leaving us with a cliffhanger...not to mention all the crap they put on these days like "Scare Tactics"), there's a trailer online for "Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars" online at http://www.apple.com/trailers/independent/farscape/[^]. I, for one, am definitely excited. Maybe enough fanfare will bring it back. ...now just to get the fates of "Charmed" and "Angel" switched... How about "The Lost World" (aka Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World) - they keep saying that Season 4 is just around the corner...but which corner??? As for Angel - I stopped watching regularily when Charisma Carpenter (Coredila) left - althought I did watch the last few episodes...Amy Acker, Julie Benz and Juliet Landau were OK but I thought there was much better chemistry between Cordelia and Angel Steve

I love my SF but just could not stomach Farscape. Bit of a soap opera really, weak acting and critters with no character. I had the pleasure of spending several hours with Virginia at a local Collectors show - she was signing autographs in a small out of the way booth, but the traffic was light so I kept her company. :-D Steve

Farscape was more space opera, than Sci-Fi, which is what I prefer. I didn't see a lot of Farscape because of the way it was scheduled over here. The episodes I did see, certainly impressed me. Only a couple ComS classes were helpful, one of which just filled in a couple blanks in the first week and then what I already knew just made sense. But I got that $40K piece of paper (and it's not even that nice). No, seriously. Almost all my classes seemed like a waste of time. In English 105 my old roommate and I actually taught the teacher (we had the same teacher in high school who pounded the MLA into our heads), most of the ComS professors didn't have any real-world experience, and so on. Only a couple ComS classes were helpful, one of which just filled in a couple blanks in the first week and then what I already knew just made sense. But I got that $40K piece of paper (and it's not even that nice). I would have to say a lot of my classes were a waste, however not all of them. I enjoyed some of my ComSci classes, and also my finance class, I learned a ton in that class. I spent a lot (repeat a lot) of time reading on other topics (i.e., MSDN) that interested me however they weren't covered in class. Oh yeah, I also had CP for almost 2 1/2 of those years while I was in school too. ;) - Nick Parker

But she was also "Warrior Woman" in Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior and "Rubavitch" in the James Bond film The Living Daylights... this particular show was very small and she in a toy dealers booth...so most of the time it was just her and me...so I did have a lot of time to just chat...she really is quite a delight...:-D Steve
