30 minutes to go...

...till I'm on holiday :-D Unfortunately I've finished what I was working on and, with half an hour to go and a week off there is no point starting the next thing so I'm kinda bored. If I had a better memory I would remember more.
Curse you and your time-zone being several hours ahead of mine. :-D I'll be here for a few more hours. Doing anything interesting for the holiday? Next (not this) weekend we have a nice three-day weekend, am looking forward to that. :) An expert is somebody who learns more and more about less and less, until he knows absolutely everything about nothing.

I'm planning on going up north (of Scotland) for the week. Even though I was born and bread in Scotland I've never been further north or Falkirk except a couple of times for work so, I've decided to see some of the country I live in. If I had a better memory I would remember more.

I'm dreaming of somewhere in the Canary Islands for winter. I've never been there and it is in the low 20s (Celcius) during the winter months.

It's not all bad in that scenario - it gives you an opportunity to learn some new and cool stuff, like how to er, persuade people to get a move on with orders :-D It's only bad when the bills aren't getting paid X|

In a while they won't be as the factory is closing this year and the design services team are leaving in a month so the support that I need won't be there. Believe me, if a cattle prod would work I would try it but there are two corporate people on each side changing the contract terms then sending it back to the other. Ah well, soon as I get a job I'm leaving the sinking ship. Elainr (feline rattus rattus) The tigress is here :-D
