    Use Firefox ;P Sorry, couldn't resist. Look at Internet Options > Advanced > Disable Script Debugging It should do the trick.

      Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> uncheck "Disable script debugging" checkbox.

        Perhaps a quick search on any one of thousands of search engines would be a little faster than asking here? Or are you not aware of search engine technology? ;)
