In Windows XP, Microsoft offered three "skins" ranging from OK to ugly. Not only did they not provide full ability to customize these skins, but they didn't seem to document how to do so programaticly. I know the comany that makes Windows Blinds got access to the API. Does anyone know what it would take for me to get it? Nathan Holt

MS's official position is that they are the only ones allowed to make new themes. Some folks have reverse-engineered the theme format, that's how they make their own. --Mike-- Personal stuff:: Ericahist | Homepage Shareware stuff:: 1ClickPicGrabber | RightClick-Encrypt CP stuff:: CP SearchBar v2.0.2 | C++ Forum FAQ ---- Four fonts walk into a bar. The bartender says "Hey - get out! We don't want your type in here." Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering? I think so Brain, but if we shaved our heads, we'd look like weasels!
