After all that effort to get it installed you'd have to love it.

We want to buy a Bug tracking System* I know FogBugz, I'm almost happy with it (but would have to make some changes/additions up fromt), and would prefer to have about 70% of the features. However, I know almost nothing about other products. 500KLoc project, 4 Developers + 3 people that on FogBugz could go with a single account. Recommendations? Disrecommendations? If someone is suggesting Bugzilla, please include a "~ Bugzilla for the Windows guy" article that gets me started without getting me enraged about Open Source. Thank you. please note the avoidance of "in the market for".

They lok great - 2 Q's: - does the plugin work in VC6 too? (I guess not...) - the price of a single licence effectively doubles on November 1st. You have any idea why?

sighist Fold With Us! || Agile Programming | doxygenI don't think the plugin will work for VC6 and I'm not really sure why the price is going up so in Nov.? They just changed to the 79 dollar per license a few months ago. I guess there product is picking up more demand so they think they can charge more for it. Personally I love the product but if I was a company looking for a bug tracker the $149 per license would make me at least look at other products. Hope that helps you in some way. :)

I got Gemini installed yesterday, and mostly like it. There are a few issues I mailed the developers about, no response yet, well, that´s life. is there a user forum or similar you know of? Would be a better place to start with most of my questions. And another one: Do you know something about the guy(s) developing it? The pricing scheme doesn't look like it makes a living, and I don't want to bet oin a system that either folds down in a year, or has update prices skyrocketing.

boost your code || Fold With Us! || sighist | doxygenTo be honest, I don't know more than you do ;) But their customer list looks like a lot ot large companies use it. I did mail them about something, and it took a few days before they answared, but the service was fine, at least in my case... - Anders My Photos
