              What a shame. There is no mention of whether the portrait is pre or post birth though. To us knowledgeable collectors this makes a huge difference in the potential value and market for this kind of collectible.                                 I am a catholic but I think these types of things are just plain nuts. Who is to say what the Virgin Mary looked like? Are there any paintings of her in existance that were taken over 2000 years ago when she walked this earth? John
