Weather Data in XML (A Coding Challenge)

This article[^] in Wired News describes the new availability of (US) National Weather Service data in XML format. One writer in the article is quoted as saying that now "anyone with XML skills can build a reader. It takes a minimal amount of XML knowledge to cobble together a weather program, and that's exciting."
