Secure shredding

Is there a program that will secure shred my already deleted files? (the ones you can recover with "undelete" programs?) or just like totally delete the already deleted files? P.S. I have WinXP Pro with FAT32 (120GB and 160GB) Thanks.

Kremlin's trial version contains the secure delete feature.

I haven't tried it but here is http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/sdelete.shtml Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

Does the trial expire? If so, what's the point unless A: you buy it or B: you only intend to delete a few files during the trial period. Jeremy Falcon

I am also curious, since Undelete is sort of not 'techncially' supported, if you defragment your hard drive, does that trash the ability to 'undelete' a file as well?
