Medium sized flakes of snow are floating down, I've got water on for tea, and no big plans for the day. It's unusual here in South Carolina to get any real snow. I hope we end up getting the 3-5" predicted. Reminds me of New England a bit. Good day to get cracking on my new website, and get some reading in. BW

dnh wrote: Global warming? :omg: We usually get an ice storm or a night of sleet/freezing rain, so it's nice to actually watch snow fall for a while. It's right around -1C° here. I just filled up my bird feeder so make sure the poor guys don't starve to coerce them to hang out in my back yard so I can be entertained. :) dnh wrote: (I am having exam on monday ) Good Luck on that. That's not snow. That's ice. Either way, it all stinks.

Last night it snowed here in Nice again. For someone who grew up where it never snows it was wonderful to see that soft stuff floating gently down from the sky. On the other hand, with Italy only an hours drive away it was disappointing to learn that it's been snowing heavily over there; I don't have snow chains or any experience in driving in the snow so I gave it a miss. Ah well, I'll be back here when it's warmer so I'll still get to drive to Italy. This morning most of the cars parked outside the hotel, including my rented Mercedes, were covered in snow. I was glad of the warm! Rob Manderson I'm working on a version for Visual Lisp++ My (occasional) blog http://blogs.wdevs.com/ultramaroon/[^]
