New MFC Project question..

Hello, When trying to generate a new MFC project, the defaults provided by the wizard are not the ones I would use. Is there a way to configure the following items:
- Aplication Type : Dialog Based (Instead of the default: Multiple Documents)
- Resource Language: English US. (Instead of the default I get: Chinese (Taiwan))
Any hint? Thanks in advance
