Any idea how you go about clearing the history in the auto complete text boxes on web pages? Whenever I set focus on my Google search box a list of the past 12,343 things I typed in pops up. How do you clear these lists out? Why not throw away a dime? I throw away ten pennies all the time.

On the same topic, how do you turn these things on? I have two PC's, both Win2K, that I sometimes to use to buy things on the web from an online site. The site requires you to log on with name (E-Mail address) and password first. The first PC, which I rarely use, always auto logs on to this screen with both field values. The second PC, which I almost always use, does not. Have tried any number of settings, but have not found the right one. Ed

Have you tried a rain dance then? :-D Actually maybe try checking "Use inline AutoComplete" in the Advanced tab under Internet Options. It may help. Otherwise sorry I couldn't help :) regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Martin Marvinski wrote: Unfortunatly Deep Throat isn't my cup of tea Do you Sonork?
