        There is the Royal Mail Postcode Finder which is free for 24 lookups a day. Otherwise you will need to buy the list.           There is the Royal Mail Postcode Finder which is free for 24 lookups a day. Otherwise you will need to buy the list.           I looked at the Royal Mail site first. The task I have in mind isn't really worth spending any money on, it's just a nothing app really. Thanks though.

              Sadly. There is no free source for this information. Unless you build your own which is probably not as cost effective as paying the GPO for it :-( Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

                QuickAddress[^]seems to be the most widely used commercial expensive one. One of my collegues has used it's API, and says it's quite reasonable to use.

                  Post codes are copyrighted by the Post Office so in short - no. Elaine :rose: The tigress is here :-D
