I am an MVP !!!

Thanks to everyone who asks C++ questions here on CP, I think that's the main reason I've been made an MVP. Christian I have several lifelong friends that are New Yorkers but I have always gravitated toward the weirdo's. - Richard Stringer

Wow! That is great news. And thanks for all your efforts too! Jerry He said this was like painstakingly assembling the first layer of a house of cards, then boasting that the next 15,000 layers were a mere formality.--The Code Book, pp. 331 Toasty0.com DotNetGroup.org

Congrats Christian you deserve it.

How do one become an MVP again? Do you need to submit application to Microsoft? How's this done? Norman Fung
No, they ask you. I got an email asking for personal info because I'd been nominated, then apparently it's put up for a vote on the MVP website ( Nish told me about that bit ). Then I got a parcel in the mail :-) I'm still totally stoked about it. I don't feel like I deserved it at all ( thanks to all who have suggested otherwise, but really.... ). That means you are a VC++ MVP? Congratulations, and I promise not to tell anybody about the C# skeleton in your closet ;)

It's not really a skeleton, it's still got plenty of meat on it !!! That's the bit that spins me out the most, although I do some C++ 'on the side' and try to help in the C++ forum where I can, I'm a lot less involved in C++ than I was two years ago. Congratulations. By the way, what did you get for becoming a MPV? Is it just a title?
