Rule of thumb: If you made it by articles, yes. If you made it by posts in the technical forums, maybe. if you made it by lounge posts, no.

Work hard, Work effectively and a bit of luck is the key to success.
I would say 3 or above because you get a lot of people that vote an article low unfairly. e.g. It covers only part of the problem they are having and they get frustrated.
