      You already have it. Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management. Expand Shared Folders, then Open Files. From here you can see which files are being accessed. Stability. What an interesting concept. -- Chris Maunder

But if you want to know about the history of accessing the file from the user, you have know about configure auditing policies[^] and configuring and monitoring auditing article[^].
