Hey guys... Anyone ever use PBX software to create a front end to a database?? I was thinking that everyone has phones and for simple transactions, why use a web page when the phone would do nicely!

Yes. I have worked in this area. You can even get the best of both worlds with the Web Telephony Engine from Microsoft. Michael :-)

Looks very promising if somewhat under documented....know any good sites with sample applications?
