So after avoiding uncomfortable "drinks with people I have never met" situations about 8 times now, I decided I had better be nice and actually go on a pub crawl here in London with some CPians. I am going back this weekend (flight is on the 3rd but I am trying to get on earlier) so some time this week, if anyone is interested, we can all go for a few pints and a bit of a "wow, this is better than coding, I never knew!" night. I am in the Clapham district but am willing to travel anywhere within zones 1,2 or 3 (zone 4 and outward is dangerous! strange people live there.) So if any Londoners have a good spot, just speak up. (I was going to suggest the Swan Tup in Fulham but if you are a brit you may be thrown out by the Aussies who live there :) ) SWM seeking company on cold lonely london nights. Oh Man, Am I the only one from Boston here?. I was planing to go out and celebrate my town's team going to the superbowl. But my friends are going to the game (just them not me), and I don't want to be the crazy dude drinking by himself at the bar. Anyone else 'round here want to join me for a couple of drinks? Rodrigo.

X| Actually have you never heard of the Buffalo drinking club? Well the first rule of the Buffalo club is don't talk about the Buffalo club. When we go drinking some day remind me and I will show you how to become a buffalo member. Don't worry, it really has nothing to do with buffalos, rice paddies and sick twisted fantasies. regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Martin Marvinski wrote: Unfortunatly Deep Throat isn't my cup of tea Do you Sonork? I'll be up for a drink, if you don't mind an Australian! (Actually I don't think I have met any English people in London yet... what, I've only been here 6 months. Met quite a number of other Aussies and Kiwis and South Afriacans though...) Have fun, Paul Westcott.

All are welcome and it would be great to have someone along who can sympathise with me when I hark back to summer days in the Southern Hemisphere. :) Plus I find Aussies are a good bunch, even though the rivalry between us (Southies), them (Aussies) and the Kiwis can get quite heated! We just need a venue really (and prefferred night and time), got a suggestion Aussie?
