        The article mentions their "limited education" briefly.They were probably happy that he didn't do drugs.

          Just last week I was telling my boss that the Tribe should really have its own nuclear reactor plant. The poor man is a good boss, but lacks vision! I know we can do it - thanks for pointing the way. Now where did I put that old watch?:suss: Boredom, Bull$^%&, Baggage, Bar - all start with 'B'

                  At 17, the guy isn't a kid anymore. Should parents be warden, or should they learn their kids to become grown-up by giving them the freedom they need to do so?
