its pretty much the source code of the infamous Michelangelo Code that turned the world upside down. Thought it was a great idea at the time, came out pretty nice looking IMO. Constructive criticism wanted Michelangelo Code....Knowledge is Powerful ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Code is a beautiful thing

tekfall wrote: Constructive criticism wanted IIRC the best way to do this is to compliment, criticise, offer alternative then point out something that the author already created (if applicable) that does the job. So with that in mind: While the wallpaper was quite interesting, the marquee element in the signature is irritating. This could be changed to static text - the red colour already makes it stand out as it is.

interesting. personally i find it to dark for a wallpaper. i do think the staggered columns of text are interesting, it puts me in mind of a city skyline. it took a few moments to register that eye in the background, but now that i am aware of it i find it rather off putting. i watch my computer, i don't see why it should get to watch me back! :) the "knowledge is powerful..." text does grab my attention, but it feels a bit to bright and distracting, taking attention away from the rest of the experience. i prefer my wallpapers to be a bit brighter, and less "in your face", since it is supposed to provide a mellow back drop for what i am doing. giving in to the urge to try and read the text i am finding that the columns of text seem to have pale columns, so that all of the characters in these columns are harder to read. plus i never learned assembly i am giving up reading this :) zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness

I like it...however I would have prefer the sentence "Knowledge is power" instead...it reminds me a song by Mass Hysteria[^] :)
