[Douglas Adams]It has a URL of "lol" - so I don't know - sounds like he knows what he talking about - he includes links to the Keyghost website which is a genuine hardware keylogger outfit. I guess that laptops give the snoops some trouble because they can't scan the Tempest sqwuare wave - so this would make sense if you accept the theory that they want to monitor all computer activity in the US.
