that really depends on the definition of "work" ;) i don't think of it as lazy, i think of it as emulating a very energy efficient approach to guiding humans down the desired action path *innocent expression number 29* after all, who can resist a cute cat looking innocent? zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness

...but today is a great day. It's Friday. I've had some Bishop's Finger with my lunch. Found some groovy mash-up tunes[^] to code to. Just had a Magnum "Sound" ice cream to go with the hot weather. And I've even done some work :) Who else is having a good day? (Miserable people need not apply ;P)

Well... It IS Friday. :-D I'm at work, and it sucks. :(( I've got 4 more hours 'til I'm outta here (including lunch!) :) I've got to dig up and fix an in-ground sprinkler line when I get home :((. Then I'm looking forward to some PokerStars and see if I can supplement my income a little bit! :-D RageInTheMachine9532 "...a pungent, ghastly, stinky piece of cheese!" -- The Roaming Gnome

Now I'm going to have to go home and teach my fiance how to play, just so I can get my fix. Haha. I hope my game is still in the closet!:-D Brian Van Beek My Blog is Awesome, ok maybe not, but is still fun!!

Got loads of stuff done at work. I even got to work on an interesting framework module, which will give us great flexibility later on. It's already making my colleague's work easier. I also absolutely kicked my boss's ass in Unreal Tournament after work. It's a good day. :) -- An eye for an eye will only make the world blind.

Until i realized i'd mis-calculated the date a payment was scheduled and cost myself a $30 NSF charge, today was great. :sigh: Aw, what am i saying? It's sunny, there's a gentle breeze, and i'm having fun at work. Today rocks.

My son recently got the Star Wars edition of Stratego for a birthday present, and we've been playing that lately. They've added some interesting rules variations for the theme which has been fun.

The rule variations are quite interesting also. I'll have to check out the SW Stratego version. Thanks! Marc My website

And now I've made my vodka chocolate too, just ot wrap the day up nicely. I just have to hope I didn't put so much vodka in it that it doesn't set :~ (The recipe requires some decent vodka and decent milk chocolate. Melt the chocolate, add in some vodka, then stick it in a tray of some sort and freeze it for a day or so.) It sure tastes good right out of the bowl (wonders off in an ever so slightly intoxicated and very chocolately good mood) :-D

Until i realized i'd mis-calculated the date a payment was scheduled and cost myself a $30 NSF charge, today was great. :sigh: Aw, what am i saying? It's sunny, there's a gentle breeze, and i'm having fun at work. Today rocks.

Ian Darling The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity ... that such complexity can arise ... out of such simplicity ... is the most fabulous extraordinary idea ... once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened - it's just wonderful ... the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned - Douglas Adams
