From that if i click the Button1 from ListCtrl then it will automatically creates one more control in the outsidet of the ListrCtrl(say Button3). Please Guide me.. So Far I have done is, I created the controls(Button) inside the Listctrl and if i clicked that control(Button), i am unable to create the controls. Regards, Saravanan :rose:

Just brilliant! I´m going to be fired, because my boss catched me...reading a supposed "related work site"... And who is John Simmons?

Absolutely, 100%, totally BRILLIANT. Given how rarely he posts now, I wonder how many readers know who John Simmons is. I'll never forget his story about the person who called for tech support, and the boss who had to talk him off his Harley, because he was about to go cross country to smack them in the face. When in doubt as to just what words are appropriate, one can always turn to John for help. In these matters he is a veritable cornucopia of wisdom... bless his (alleged) heart. Sorry, Christian, The 1 came from me. I was trying to hit the 5 but was thinking how deceptive his title was and it deserved a 1 based on that alone. Ok DO not reply before you wake up. :( (edit) I am the one not awake before he replied. (/edit) I do not mind getting old. It beats all the other options that I can think of.

Probably the funniest reply I've seen. Though I think the sincerity level should have been raised a litte :) Gary Marc Clifton: "In other words, VB is like a bad parent. It can really screw up your childhood."

That should read "I am John Simmons - there are no rules." ------- sig starts "I've heard some drivers saying, 'We're going too fast here...'. If you're not here to race, go the hell home - don't come here and grumble about going too fast. Why don't you tie a kerosene rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass..." - Dale Earnhardt "...the staggering layers of obscenity in your statement make it a work of art on so many levels." - Jason Jystad, 10/26/2001
