MP3 -> MIDI

My colleague would like to switch mp3's to midi files. (for uploading tones to his cell phone or something) Is it possible and is there such a program that can do this? tnx! No hurries, no worries.

I'm not even going to try it, my cell phone doesn't even support MIDI of MP3, I just sent the link to my colleage, he can have fun with it :-D No hurries, no worries.
