My Project Manager is leaving. So wanted to give him a gift. Can someone suggest. May be one which you got that touched your heart or something you gave. Thanks
http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/[^] always comes nice for small and funny presents fit for use with geek colleagues. The gyroscopic arm twister[^] or the L39 Fighter Jet[^]always come nicely.

If you're looking for something to impress the (assumed technical) person, you're asking in the right place. If, however, you're looking to "touch the person's heart" then why are you asking people that don't know you or your friend/manager? Gifts have the ability to move someone emotionally when they're thoughtful and reflect an understanding or knowledge between the giver and receiver. In other words, high-tech toys and gadgets are fun, but they hardly touch the heart. That has to be something you give that indicates your caring of the other person. Perhaps this also depends on the interest which you would have learnt from him during his tenure with your team. Some Techie substance like USB-related can be given Some good Books/Title too.
