70's Disco, 70's Glam rock, 70's Punk, 50's Rock n Roll, Kraftwerk, Yello, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Sugababes and the lovely Charlotte Church ;)(new stuff not choir stuff) I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

Coincidentally my Fantasy Football team for this season at work is called "SolidGoldEasyAction". I can't get no satisfaction....all I want is easy action...babyyyyyyyyy hey hey hey. The kids call me a 70's saddo - I think they may have a point :) I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

Lately, I've been listening to random mix with Hendrix, Beatles, Kinks, Dave Matthews, Van Morrison, U2, Gordon Lightfoot, Foreigner, Chuck Prophet, Joss Stone, etc. But I'll always switch back to Queens of the Stone Age, Megadeth, Saxon, and other Hard Rock/Metal. I like Classical, Techno, Hip Hop, Punk, World, New Age, but my first love is 70s/80s Hard Rock/Metal/Thrash whatever you want to call it so long as some guitarists fingertips are hard at work bending, hammering and blazing up the fretboard. Any other day I would send you to this site: http://www.audioscrobbler.com/user/dwulff[^] But today it is down for an upgrade. If you still care tomorrow apparently it will be back up again. So from memory some of my favourite artists/bands are: Rammstein, Susperia, Mudvayne, Machine Head, Hypocrisy, Muse, System Of A Down, Dimmu Borgir, Korn, Motograter, Fear Factory, Electric Six and In Flames. I've seen the first four from my favs list live a couple of times now and I'm slowly making my way down the list. As you can tell if you recognise any of the names, I cover quite a few different styles and genres there: Metal, indrustrial, rock, death, pop-rock and even some techno/dance music too.

Haven't we done this before? hmmmm I'm the oddball, native american flute: carlos nakai, mary youngblood, marina raye, etc. When that isn't available (and only is if it is my own collection), then jazz, blues, pop rock. I can enjoy some classical, up to hard-rock, skipping only a few. _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau. Older Hypocrisy was great, i listen to mostly death metal so i'm not all that into system of a down and rammstein. I do like the first fear factory, and the first korn, and in flames. Seems like alot of those bands changed too much to get on the radio more. My band has played several shows with dimmu borgir and they just were not cool at all Poison and Winger would have treated us better, they think they are rock stars. But anyway always good to hear someone else is listening to the heavy stuff!!

Lots and lots. My music taste spans 90% of the spectrum. Lately though, I've been mostly listening to: * Slayer * Samael * Morbid Angel * Ozzy * Black Sabbath * Danzig * Goethes Erben (really weird German music, I don't know why I listen to it!) * Bruce Dickinson (Solo) * Iron Maiden * Pazuzu As you can see, I'm in a metal mode right now. But I reckon I'll be listening to something totally different in a week or so. (Except for Bruce Dickinson and Iron Maiden, which is timeless music, that will always sound good!)
