" Andy Martin of The Committee to Fight Microsoft on Tuesday announced his intentions to block Microsoft from releasing Windows Vista. Martin intends to ask Microsoft for an unconditional warranty that the operating system is free of bugs that could result in security vulnerabilities. " Will that apply to all software vendors? It will be fun having computers with zero applications to run on them...

Funny.. I think XP is the best OS yet made by Microsoft. I've rarely had any problems with it. The times it has failed, it was my fault most of the time. Good music: In my rosary[^]

Security is a problem associated with an era, not a specific product. Not that long ago, security was not much of an issue, because few networks were interconnected, as they are today. There are just as many security problems in other products than Windows XP. It's just that the user base of Windows XP is so much bigger than for any other operating system, there's no "incentive" in attacking such systems. Good music: In my rosary[^]
