The Joys of Sonork

Jon Sagara wrote: By uttering that phrase, you have just cursed the beloved Sonork. Very soon, its popularity will rise. Teenage girls with big pink fonts will saturate the network, and a cool Internet technology will once again descend into AOL Hell. Actually I dont think so. As long Sonork is that teeny little bit harder to use for a teenage girl with pink fonts, they won't use it. Let's hope Migs keeps it that way... Nish Nish was here, now Nish has gone; He left his soul, to turn you on; Those who knew Nish, knew him well; Those who didn't, can go to hell. And just what's wrong with big, pink fonts?

Did you also jump out of the chair when it started to sound like R2D2? :omg: Sonorked as well: 100.13197 jorgen
Funny you should mention that. I usually have my speakers turned off. Last night I was sitting at my computer reading a book when I heard this weird robotic noise. I didn't know WTF it was. Then I looked at the systray and it clicked. "Oh yeah, Sonork." That was one of those stories with no point. I'm going to be a great 70 year-old man. :-D Jon Sagara What about :bob:? I was just thinking something: Sonork is nice, and better than the other IMs because:
- no lamers (kiddies, twits, AOL users, 15 year olds using their parents' internet connections)
- no teenage girls with big pink fonts
- no spam
- no ads
And I really hope it stays that way! - Jason Do you have a Pulse? SonorkID: 100.12194 :bob:'s your uncle
It would be kind of cool with a Codeproject IM.. Perhaps an open source project of this sort would be in place? Could be quite a nice project, well documented in a series of articles... Sonorked as well: 100.13197 jorgen

What is Sonork...? At first I thought it was some Star Trek fan club...but it seems to be more like a ICQ chat thing...? teenage girls with pinks fonts... "An expert is someone who has made all the mistakes in his or her field" - Niels Bohr
