I'm Canadian (and proud) so I can say that. 5-2 for Sweeden? :(( Of course it totally made sense since none of the Canada players could pass or shoot! Maybe we'll remember how to play the damn game before the next one... J

No, they didn't have a bad day, they simply sucked, and as proud canadian as I am, I don't they they deserved to win, nor should they win more than a bronze medal, and neither does the USA, for the simple reason is that the european teams usually play better hockey on large rinks and without any red line ( meaning that you can make huge pass to a forward player! ) I wish they ( the NHL ) removed the red central line, and make every arena's use the standard international rink size! How about they just got their yesterday and the players haven't played togather once yet, except in warm up. International hockey has different rules and a huge rink...certinaly we'd win if we did nothing but dump the puck into the other zone, cherry pick and shoot. We play the game the way we invented it, olympic Hockey isn't the same... The sweden game was just a trial run...a good wake up call. Cheers!
