cups of coffee (or tea, JoltCola, whatever) do you drink a day? I just had a meeting with a client and he told me he used to drink 10-15 cups of coffee a day :~ until he switched to green tea. And I thought 2 cups a day is already bad enough. Ed

Caffeine twice a day. 2 shots espresso around 7:00AM and 2 shots espresso around 6:00PM. Up at 7:00 in bed any time from 12:00 to 3:00 AM. I'm busy right now.:^)

One 2-liter bottle of Diet Pepsi, One to Two 1 gallon containers of Diet Iced Tea from a local dairy (which is supposed to have three times the caffeine of normal tea), and 2-3 cans of Sugar-Free Red Bull. If I'm having a good day, I'll stop on the way to work and get a large Iced Coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. Usually that will suffice. I can drink a gallon of the tea right before going to sleep. I don't get the jitters unless I don't have caffeine. Last week I went without caffeine for about 24 hours. Everyone said I was grumpy and at the end my heart started to palpitate really weird. I thought I was gonna die. I just chugged about 3/4 of a gallon of tea and I was fine. Went right to sleep like a baby. Scary isn't it.

I have sleep apnea and without exercise on a regular basis I pretty much have to have a caffeine IV or somebody might actually pronounce me DOA. However, regular exercise cuts my caffeine requirements in half *at least* and usually more.

Coffee: I use it as a flavoring sometimes. Tea: 0.03 cups per day - i.e. I only drink it occasionally. Chocolate drinks: Also occasionally - probably less than tea. And that's basically it. ;-)

I usually take 1 or 2 coffee cups per day, but never after 2PM, just to avoid staying eyes wide opened during the whole next night; like this: :omg: (Never a smiley was so much suitable!)

About 2 liters of water and on occasions ½liter of coca-cola. I never drink coffee and only drink some tea when I'm very sick. --------------------------- 127.0.0.1 - Sweet 127.0.0.1

I recently had a blood-pressure scare (turned out to be "white coat blood pressure") and decided to cut our caffeine altogether (no tea, coffee or cola) as an experiment. I cannot stress how much better I feel - I am sleeping better and I feel less stressed/wired - and I only had a few cups of coffee/colas a day. I stick to squash/juice now.

One cup of tea in the morning with my breakfast, one a couple of hours later at work, and one in the afternoon at work. Sometimes I'll have a cup in the evening, but not normally. I used to drink about that much coffee too. I switched to a limited intake of tea and feel much better for it :) -- Help me! I noticed that too. Pathetic.

cups of coffee (or tea, JoltCola, whatever) do you drink a day? I just had a meeting with a client and he told me he used to drink 10-15 cups of coffee a day :~ until he switched to green tea. And I thought 2 cups a day is already bad enough. Ed

3-4 cans of Pepsi Max, it's sugar free but with taste unlike lots of diet colas. Elaine (excessively alert fluffy tigress) The tigress is here :-D
