        Old skool, British Slang. Brits, prefer slacker. As in "I work with a slacker who spends half walking round the office talking bollocks". Blogless

          Why is there no antenym given - one who works too hard, shows up at the office unexpectedly on the weekend, and is always getting tasks done before their deadlines? I hate those guys.

            Actually the word (and derivatives) 'skiving' is still used up here in Liverpool. 'Slacker' is more a southern thing.

              More localized than southern thing, as I here it a lot in Northern Manchester. Maybe thats just me. Blogless
