Does .net handle RADIUS inherently? If not, is there a third-party vendor that sells a radius library for .net?

What does that mean? To me "radius" is the distance from the centre to the rim of a circle. There are many functions in the System.Math class that could be useful to you.

No, I'm talking about RADIUS, the authentication protocol. It works with IAS.
