Installing a web app on PDA

Hi All, Greetings to everyone...:) I need a help .. Will greatly appreciate the response. Problem: I have a web based application (ASP.net, C# and SQL server). I want to install and run that application on my PDA. Is it possible to do that? Can it be done without any change to the existing application runing on my localhost? Please help.
