Yeah, but gmail does not allow zips or exes. You'd have to rar everything for backup.

ohh yes you can mail zips or exes in gmail. simply change extenstion from zip, exe to txt or pdf. :-D

Sure. Last year I had 800meg of email. Yes, that includes attachments but then I was back in S.A. and I rejected any attachment over 500k. Having in mind the fact that RAR is way superior to ZIP and there's always 7Zip I don't see that as a problem.
