What are you doing this weekend? :) I might visit some relatives tomorrow. Sunday I'll be meeting a couple of friends and might go to Dakshin Chitra and/or the beach. Apart from the ever-present laundry, I hope to start reading Richard Dawkins' The Selfish Gene - I've been meaning to do it for quite a while now. Might squeeze in a movie or two - particularly Salaam Namaste. Cheers, Vikram.

Today's my birthday, so, in lieu of gifts, my mom and my sister are going to watch my two daughters all day tomorrow. My wife and I are going to catch a movie (either "King Kong" or "Fun with Dick and Jane"), which is something we haven't been able to do for a while. Then we'll go out to dinner at a nice steakhouse. :-D Charlie if(!curlies){ return; }

I am going to do my Christmas shopping on Saturday. I have been so busy with work and then going on vacation put me behind. In the part of New Jersey that I live in you can not go shopping on Sunday because of blue laws so I will have to everything on Saturday. Before that I get to start doing training with my puppy again because she just healed from knee surgery. Then once that is all done and finished I am going to sit down and watch American football and Sunday its time to watch more American football.
We shouldn't assume something's debugged just because everyone in the whole world has access to the source code.

Let's see. Buying an ice pick. ;P The roads here have about an inch of semi-solid ice on them. It looks like someone painted glaze over the streets. Marc VS2005 Tips & Tricks -- contributions welcome!

:) Bummer. I remember a particularly bad ice storm here in SC about 3 years ago where we an inch thick sheet covering some roads and the apartment parking lot. I took the weights off my curling bar and spent an hour or so chipping away a path from my parking spot to the street. There was a small hill to the road and I wanted enough road to get traction so people could get up and down the hill "safely". That was alot of work, but seeing as I had no power it kept me warm. ;) The main roads were passable so it worth the effort. BW

I took the day off today to get some more Christmas shopping done, and hopefully finish it. I hate the weekend mobs, so it's worth taking a vacation day to do it. A friend of mine is having a Christmas/Poker night tomorrow which should be alot of fun. Otherwise, I'll be playing with my fresh new VS2005 install :) and reading Friedman's 'The World is Flat'. BW

I'm going to buy a case of Coors Light. Call Of Duty 2 (for the 360) in on the way from Gamefly, it should be here tonight or tomorrow. That should keep me entertained for most of the weekend. "People who never make mistakes, never do anything." My Blog

put two bookshelves together, visit mom, buy CD-R's, finish the german translation of my boost smart ptr article, do some more coding on C# app I'm playing around with, cleanse my kitchen, play some NWN, see a movie... And hope I get at least one or two of these done :cool:

Last weekend I had the Pete's Variety Pack, I just finished it Wed Night. It was fantastic. 8 WunderLust Creme Ale 8 Pete's Wicked Ale and 8 Strawberry Blonde (my favorite beer) The Sams pack is good but I don't like that Scotch Ale. It takes like Scotch, Yuk. Winter is here! Time to find something to do outside. I wonder if the ice rinks are set up yet? Till Monday.
