How to create shortcut key in vb.net toolbar

i had use toolbar to create a button on my form..but dunno how to set the shortcut key..for eg..the open file is ctrl + O, i create a edit file..but dunno where to set the Ctrl + E as edit the file..anyone got answer..please help..thank you.. i am using vb.net 2003..
