Don't get me wrong I like a break, but I would much rather have three day weekends for most of the year than a week off here and a week off there. Lol it looks like I can't say anything innocent here anymore can I? Actually all I'm doing is working on an entry level customisation of one of our products. One of the suggestions that's been made is to increase the size of the toolbar buttons (as there are so many fewer of them and it'll be running on a small display), so I'm doing the groundwork for conditionally adding text to the toolbars which will be available in the product. The silly part comes if you turn annotations on for all 7 toolbars in the app... Anna :rose: Homepage | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up. Not yet, but I'd *really* love to! Actually - perhaps you could tell me, if I were to come to an Eastern country, and wear my normal clothing (jeans, shorts, etc) would people be insulted? There seems to be very little info on travelling to places like Iran as well - a pity, so much history to discover :(

It depends on which country you go. In Iran unfortunately , at least women have to wear a scarf and mantue , but I don't think it would be so much hard for a short travel , cause I see so many foreign torrist which accept it , this cause the best seasons for travelling here become spring and fall. Most(not all) of Islamic country like this. But those are not like this are not as historic as Iran or have so many places to visit like Iran. Iran is between top 10 historic country , so imagine mow many place you could visit inside Iran and it would take so many weeks to finish it. But because of Islamic government they don't advertise for them. Also we have very very different climates in Iran which cause different part of Iran have various nature. :omg: Where do you work?! Of course my office has got a window. I don't think there is a room without windows in this building - except the cellar, but there are no offices, only poor old servers. My window is on the southern side. In summer it becomes too warm in here, but today it is only very bright daylight :)

Locate all of the security cameras you can, then do whatever you must to reach each one and emplace a smudgy thumb print on the lens. If anyone questions you, you're a security consultant doing a quarterly inspection. Alternatively, you could buy a book and hang out in the bar. Some people think of it as a six-pack; I consider it more of a support group.

Different part of Iran have different traditional cloths but the more we go into modern country , less people use them. Megan Forbes wrote: are things like car hire available in Iran? Yes , I think there are so many of them but I've never use them so I will ask for you to get sure. Because recently our country attract more torrist , we have something like these services. Megan Forbes wrote: Would someone on a British or South African passport have problems getting a visa? Well , as long as we have good relationship with these countries there is no problem.I've never seen anybody from South Africa here but there are so many British citizen. Generally there is no problem with that. And here there are two links for your information about Iran. But don't forget , one thing which western people enjoy more than historical places , is way of living and culture of people in Iran. You will never find a link about it. You have to only live some days with them to enjoy it. http://www.iranmiras.org/en_site/Home_E.asp[^] http://www.lonelyplanet.com/destinations/middle_east/iran/[^] Hope it helps and see you here soon. By the way, first link that I gave you is an Iranian web site. Most of Iranian web sites are UNSTANDARD and very hard to follow or uselless. Sorry for that. :-) Mazy "I think that only daring speculation can lead us further and not accumulation of facts." - Albert Einstein

Don't you have anything to read? Try to get a paper/pen or a notebook computer, and write the stuff you would like to read now. Write a novel, an article, a letter to the universe... :-D (I still have a couple of never-finished novels, because the boring hours were over before my story was finished.)

I've written enough already these vacations ;) But I finally got "Life of PI", interesting read, although I expected it much less "naturalistic".
