      More likely they are getting out of an area that isn't core to their business, and in which they cannot really compete.

              Maybe that's why we're not allowed onto the WiFi network here... (At the moment I'm at a meeting in the "Microsoft Technology and Innovation Centre" in Reston, and we're only allowed to use their wired network.) Niall

                      So? They sell software not hardware. Besides, why compete in a crowded market where the profit margins are low?
