Much as I hate to admit it, his main competition this year is Ullrich, and I havnt heard much about his performance in recent months - so Lance may still be the main contender .. then again, they are saying that the race format is different, with the 3rd week being a 'decider' of the men vs the boys .. good luck to Lance anyway 'G'

I heard they tried to stack the tour against lance this year by limiting the amount you can get ahead on the time trials.

But I also heard on the news that the course this time includes many of Lance's favorite routes. Which, I thought, was weird since I was of the opinion that the course was the same each time.
