Package And deployment in VB.NET

Hi, I had created a desktop Client-Server application using VB.NET. I want to create the setup file for it, so that I can use the setup to install in othe PC or computer. I am using Setup Project given with VS.NET. (File-New-Project-Setup and deployment Projects-Setup project) by this way I am able to package application. but I'm facing the problem when Installing the created setup in other PC. I'm getting the Error as "Client must be installed first with .NET Framework" how to solve this problem pls help me out in getting the solution. You must install the .NET Framework on the machine first, before you can install your app. There are a bunch of articles here on CP that deal with installing the .NET Framework with your application.
