    I know this is something most of us probably rather not think about, but sitting at a computer all day isn't exactly healthy and typing isn't exactly what I would consider aerobic exercise. So the question, if you don't think it's to personal, is 'What do you do to stay in shape?' I have a family history and that is not exactly the way I would like to go.     Under normal conditions, I run on M-W-F 4-6 miles, and lift weights on T-Th. I occasionally commute to work on my bicycle (22 miles round trip).
