I'm looking for a web based tool which will allow me to enter break my software project up into a hierarchy of tasks which I can tick off as I complete them. Requirements are that it should be free, easy to use and if possible it should run on IIS/SQL Server. Anyone got any recommendations? Cheers James

DotProject is a good start. Runs on PHP under IIS on Windows 2000/2003 just fine. Chris.

What about Daniel Godson's ToDoList, hosted here on codeproject http://www.codeproject.com/tools/ToDoList2.asp It's based on XML, so it allows to to organize your tasks and break them up in subtasks. It can also export to html. Just take a look, it's feature list is too long :) Regards

Type a link, highlight it, then click the "link[^]" button in the formatting bar under your sig (assuming you're using a browser that supports that) Also it should automatically do that for you when you paste in a link (again if your browser supports it) otherwise just use normal HTML -- Help me! There's a "there". No way! How'd that happen?!

Heh, I asked a similar question last Monday. So far, dotProject[^] is the best free solution I've found. phpCollab[^] comes in second.
