<Sarcasm> In the interest of brotherhood I would like to declare the lounge a religion free zone. Therefore, please cease and desist topic threads on the following: Evolution vs. Creation Linux vs. Windows Coke vs. Pepsi Anything related to American Football Anything related to the current war. C++ vs anything else. PS now that all decent topics have been banned, we can shut down the lounge </Sarcasm> PPS Ignore my sig as it is violation to the above rule.:) "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are disciples, if you love one another -- JOhn 13:34-45"

Ugh. From the Urine Lite commercials? Or Bud or Coors or whatever other American tastes-like-month-old-body-fluids beverage... Perhaps we should discuss REAL beers? Canadian ones, that is. Nothing religious about that. American beer = evil. Canadian beer = the best on the planet. J

I will have to agree with you on that. Being an American, I am in constant shame over the poor quality of our beer, and drink imports almost exclusively. I've got several friends who travel to Ireland and Germany who bring back beers from there. Maybe I can get them to go to Australia for some,( I think their company has an office there)? Oh no, wait, this is also a forbidden topic.... Arghh!!! Forget the whole thing, I can't bear to keep my mouth shut.:-D "A new command I give you: Love one another. Not the best, but like :vegemite:, if you're raised on it, you learn to love it. :) Perhaps we should discuss REAL beers? Canadian ones, that is. I'm still waiting for an official apology from the Canadian government for introducing Molson to the world. ;P Nothing religious about that. American beer = evil. Canadian beer = the best on the planet. All beer is evil. It causes bad breath and bad judgment. But hey, after two or three, who gives a sh*t? :-D Jon Sagara Sagara Software

On behalf on the Canadian government, Molson breweries and indeed Canadians everywhere, I appologize with all my heart. Truly, no human should be made to suffer THAT much. I read in the paper recently that the CEO was being brought up for crimes against humanity at the Hague. Try Creemore if you can get your hands on it. Nectar of the god(s). J

What's REALLY funny is that my evolution thread wasn't meant to be turned into a religious belief free-for-all, but it turned into an interesting thread. To hell with those thin-skinned pillow-biters. - Me, 10/03/2001

Another difference: In America Moosehead is a beer, in Canada it's a felony! Seriously, I agree about most mainstream American beers (although Miller High Life is quite good). We do have some great micro-brews around. I found one in the pacific northwest called "Moose Drool". Superb. Mike Mullikin "Real programmers don't document their code. I totally agree. However, since the "coke vs pepsi" is the only IMPORTANT issue on the list I think am exception should be made. I fact, I think Chris should make a whole new forum just for intelligent and unbiased discussion about why coke is so much better than the bovine urine named pepsi ;P Cheers Steen.
