Anyone know of any good utilities that can do this? It is possible to use Word or some other regular spell-checker, but it is a nuisance because it awlays gets tripped up any code included in the document. What would be great is if I could tell it not to check, for instance, anything inside of <code> tags or something... or something else similar. The generation of random numbers is too important to be left to chance.

Homesite/Dreamweaver has that built in. Some other html editors might have it as well. There are some HTML parser projects on CP that should be able to extract the text from the html.
