run a IE as silence mode ?

Is there way i can run a IE as silence mode ? I have a window application that have to generate a HTML email to serveral mailboxs and that email will submit the form data back to the server for feature processing. The problem i encounter here is how can i ask the system to run a ASP.NET page without popup any IE page; so it get a chance to gerenate a eMail and send it to any mailbox and user will not notice what is happen under the system? I have try iexplroer /? or explorer -? for such a command, but i found none !!! Please help.

I recommend that you use the classes under the
System.Netnamespace. This namespace contains classes that allow you make connections to external resources, such as web pages. Two classes that you should look into are theSystem.Net.WebClientand theSystem.Net.HttpWebRequest. ~Javier Lozano (blog)
