can start debugging but it is not debugging

I think this might be a super stupid thing i have ever seen in Microsoft product, beside the classic blue screen. I am developing a ASP.NET system for 5 months and everything is fine. However, on last saturday my system engineer tried to config my Server 2003, so everyone can do the remote debugging without admin privillage. But he failed and he surely rolled everything back to normal. Unfortuntly, today i can't start remote debugging !!!!! .... The debugger start fine without any errors, but all my breakpoints don't get hit. We can still remote debuging for Window Application, but not the Web application !!!!! I have already read many articles discussing about this problem, but they don't help me much .... So, anyone know other ways to fix this problem, Please pleaes let' me know ...... T_T Thank you
