I feel younger now (at 38) than I did when I was 25. Mind you I did go through puberty twice... Seriously though I think a lot of it is about how wefeel about ourselves and our lives. If we let the daily grind get to us, then we almost invariably feel more stressed and - with it - the reality of our increasing age and mortality. No wonder so many people are miserable! Personally, I find my love and empathy for others and joy in life keeps most of that at bay, and I intend to do my best to keep it that way as long as possible. :) Anna :rose: Riverblade Ltd - Software Consultancy Services Anna's Place | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up. Man, that _is_ sad. I don't celebrate birthdays because I am happy getting older but because of my family and my friends. Without them, life would be much sadder. Regards
