Hello all. I have an application that creates data files (unattended) and the customer would like to have the PC burn those data files to a CD so he can go by the site, pick up the CD and take it back to his office for analysis. The PC is Win2K pro. I've looked into Windows backup, but it doesn't seem to support a CD-R drive, plus it wants to compress the files into a single backup image. All I want are the files; unmodified. A plus would be a utility that could schedule this copy based on the amount/size of the data files or on a regular schedule. Any ideas? Barry Etter

As a slight addition to Maxwell's post, you've got two options for automating your backup once you've installed Nero. They have a command line utility (NEROCMD.EXE) that you can run from a batch file or script. A second option (admittedly more complicated) is to use the Nero SDK to add the backup directly to your application.
